Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

Because some of our products are prepared or produced in limited batches, we may not always be able to offer direct replacements. In such cases, a refund or store credit may be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending the product back.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
