All orders are processed from our facility in Cape Town, South Africa.
As we operate with limited stock and small production runs, processing times may vary depending on the product ordered.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 working days. -
Accessories:
Accessories may require additional preparation time and are typically shipped within 7–14 working days.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
Because some products are produced or prepared in limited batches, there may occasionally be unexpected delays. If this occurs, our team will contact you with an update on your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
